How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and the time of day. We give you an honest arrival estimate on the phone before we drive out. Customers in the north Tampa area have told us we arrived in about 10 minutes.
Will opening my car damage it?
No. We use professional lockout tools made for this job. The goal is to open the door exactly as it was before we arrived.
Do I need to prove the car or house is mine?
Yes. For your protection we ask for an ID that matches the address or the vehicle registration before or right after we open it.
